Through coaching sessions, I provide targeted support and training for fundraising and marketing staff, executive directors, board leaders, philanthropists, and community change-makers.

Executive Coaching Case Study

As a new Executive Director with a growing organization, Heather was a fundraising novice. Unsure how to best cultivate funders, she fumbled through potential donor communications. She struggled with talking about her project clearly and inspiring investment. During our coaching calls, Heather and I made a plan for which donors she would contact, and strategized the best approach for each of them. Heather’s confidence and success grew. We moved on to strategic asks, developed a fundraising plan and worked on organizational decision-making for long-term sustainability. Through coaching, Heather became an effective advocate for her organization, ultimately successfully garnering support from community leaders and funders alike.

Coaching schedules are customized to meet your needs, so the frequency of sessions can be weekly or biweekly. In order for you to receive the most out of the coaching relationship, the minimum duration is three months and six to twelve months is highly recommended.

Coaching sessions are 45 minutes by phone. In between sessions, I’m available via phone or email when time-sensitive issues arise—because challenges don’t stick to a schedule.
