Philosophy
The nonprofit sector is changing rapidly. The “homey” nonprofit is no longer a viable option for agencies in an increasingly prolific sector with more and more competition for funding from limited resources. Institutional and even individual donors are demanding accountability, sophisticated business practices and concrete deliverables from the nonprofits they support.
While many nonprofits excel at the services they deliver to their clients, they often are far behind in building the infrastructure and business systems needed to keep them running efficiently and effectively.
